Knife Shift and all vendors on our platform honor a 14-day return window for unused, undamaged, and non-customized products.

We will refund any items and associated shipping costs for products defective due to production and/or vendor error.

Original shipping costs cannot be refunded for products in error due to customer choice (size, color, material, etc. selections).

Refunds are not available for customized or personalized products with no production errors.
