This clam knife is a favorite of many clammers, and for good reason! Its stainless steel blade has a sharpened edge for opening the clamshell and a rounded tip to fit gently against the thumb. This professional quality clam knife with a beechwood handle has two rivets and a full tang to balance the knife. Since clam knives are not razor-sharp, stainless steel blades are used to help prevent rusting.
