Knife Shift – Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Knife Shift is a multivendor marketplace. Because different partners fulfill orders in different ways, the return process varies by product category:
- Knife Shift Originals – Designed & fulfilled by Knife Shift.
- Vendor Products Sold by Knife Shift – Made by the vendor & fulfilled by Knife Shift.

1. Knife Shift Originals & Vendor Products Sold by Knife Shift
Return & Refund Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to damage or defects from manufacturer error.
Eligibility Checklist
- Item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging with tags.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- For damage or defects: clear photo or short video showing the issue.
How to Start
- Email customerservice@knifeshift.com with your order number, reason for return, and images showing defects or damage (if applicable).
- If approved for return, we will provide you with a return shipping label in approximately 2-3 business days. (Unapproved returns will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.)
- Using the designated carrier for the return shipping label, ship item to:

Refunds for the merchandise value and any applicable taxes are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return reason is merchandise damaged or defective due to manufacturer error.

Process Overview
To initiate a return, replacement, or exchange request for a vendor's item, please ensure your order fits the criteria described in each vendor's policies, and then contact customerservice@knifeshift.com. We will communicate with vendors and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with return shipping and what to expect regarding refunds, replacements, or exchanges.
