Multivendor Marketplace Shipping

The Knife Shift is a multivendor marketplace, partnering with independent vendors who each set their own shipping terms and fulfillment practices. Vendors may define shipping rules for their entire catalog or for individual products. Shipping rates may be either a flat rate—fixed regardless of weight or location—or dynamically calculated based on real-time carrier rates, shipment weight, destination, or other variables. Some vendors may also set their own minimum order amounts or may not ship to certain zones or addresses.

Shipping Coverage:
At this time, vendors ship only to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand to additional markets in the future.

Vendor Products Sold by Knife Shift

Certain items, designated as Vendor Products Sold by Knife Shift, are stocked and fulfilled directly from our warehouse in Virginia. Orders containing these items are typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days of receipt, ensuring fast processing and shipment. These items will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Orders with Multiple Vendors

Because split shipping is active on our marketplace, you will see a shipping rate and estimated delivery time for each separate shipment from each vendor in your order. This gives you clear information and control over delivery expectations and costs—especially important when ordering from more than one supplier. Your items may arrive in multiple packages and at different times, depending on the fulfillment process and location of each vendor.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Times

Shipping rates shown in your cart reflect the shipping methods offered by each vendor, but do not include the time needed for each vendor to fulfill or produce your items—especially for made-to-order products. Please check product details for any lead times that may be specified or contact us if you have a question about a particular item.

Most vendors fulfill orders within 2–7 days before shipment. After fulfillment, standard shipping within the USA generally takes 3–4 business days, but actual times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

*PLEASE NOTE: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7–12 business days.

Order Arrival & Packaging

Depending on the items in your order, you may receive multiple shipments and packages. Each vendor or fulfillment partner is responsible for securely packaging and shipping their items to you.

Issues, Delays, and Support

If your order is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservice@knifeshift.com within a week of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, photos if relevant, and any additional details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

  • Verify your shipping confirmation and tracking information.
  • Check with your local post office and neighbors in case the package was delivered nearby.
  • Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly.

If an address error caused the issue, we can work to arrange a replacement, but you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
