Bonavita

The Bonavita Cosmopolitan Gooseneck Kettle delivers everything serious coffee and tea brewing demands — in a design that looks as intentional as it performs.

The precision gooseneck spout gives you a slow, controlled, exact stream of water for pour-over coffee, French press, and loose-leaf tea, while 1-degree temperature accuracy across 140°F–212°F means you're always brewing at exactly the right temperature for what's in your cup. Six preset temperatures cover every common brewing style from delicate green tea to a full rolling boil, and a 60-minute hold keeps your water at the exact temperature you set while you get everything else ready. A 1200-watt heating element brings a full liter to boil in about five minutes — fast enough to keep up with your morning without rushing it. Built from 304 stainless steel and BPA-free materials, FDA certified, and available in multiple finishes to complement any kitchen.

The Cosmopolitan is the kettle you reach for every morning and are glad to have sitting on your counter. Coffee and Tea, Brewed Properly.

Brew Better Coffee, Every Day

The Bonavita Enthusiast is designed for coffee lovers who want exceptional coffee without complicated equipment. Built around the core principles of specialty coffee brewing—precise temperature control, even extraction, and reliable consistency—it delivers a clean, balanced cup that brings out the best in your coffee beans.

SCA Certified and Golden Cup approved, the Enthusiast meets the same brewing standards trusted by specialty cafés. By maintaining the ideal brewing temperature and timing, it ensures optimal extraction and flavor clarity with every brew.

For those who want to take their coffee even further, the optional Bloom function pre-infuses freshly ground coffee before brewing. This step allows gases to release and water to saturate the grounds evenly, improving extraction and enhancing the depth and balance of flavor.

Thoughtfully designed for everyday use, the Bonavita Enthusiast combines simple operation, dependable performance, and long-term durability. The result is a coffee maker that fits naturally into your routine while consistently delivering café-quality coffee at home.

The Bonavita Connoisseur 8-Cup Thermal Brewer is built for households that need a full carafe done right.

Rated by The Strategist as one of their Hall of Fame kitchen products, its 1500-watt heater reaches and holds 195°–205°F through the entire brew cycle — the precise range the Specialty Coffee Association certifies as optimal for full extraction, and the range most home brewers never actually hit. A flat-bottom filter basket and precision showerhead work together to saturate every ground evenly, so the last cup from the carafe tastes as good as the first. An optional pre-infusion mode blooms freshly roasted grounds before brewing for fuller, richer flavor, and the whole carafe is ready in as little as six minutes. When brewing finishes, the double-wall stainless steel thermal carafe keeps coffee hot for hours without a heating plate — no scorching, no bitterness, no wasted pot. One-touch operation, and dishwasher-safe components make it as easy to live with as it is to use.

SCA Certified and engineered for people who want a serious 8-cup brew without any of the fuss — the Connoisseur brews it the way it's supposed to be brewed. Coffee, Brewed Properly.

Every morning deserves a great cup of coffee. The Bonavita Classic 5-Cup Thermal Brewer makes sure you get one — without making you work for it.

Most home coffee makers quietly fail at the most important part: temperature. Bonavita's 1100-watt heater locks in 195°–205°F through the entire brew cycle (the exact range the Specialty Coffee Association certifies as the sweet spot for full, rich extraction) and it holds it there every single time. A precision wide showerhead rains water evenly over every ground in the filter so nothing gets missed, and an optional bloom mode gives freshly roasted coffee a 30-second head start so you get every bit of flavor that's in there. When brewing is done, the double-wall stainless steel thermal carafe keeps your coffee hot and fresh for hours — no heating plate, no burnt aftertaste, no sad second cup. One button starts it all. Everything that comes apart goes right in the dishwasher. And it's compact enough to live happily on any counter without taking over.

This is what it feels like when your coffee maker actually does its job. This is coffee, brewed properly.

The Bonavita Classic Gooseneck Kettle is built for the one thing that separates a good pour-over or cup of tea from a great one: control.

Named the best gooseneck kettle by CNN Underscored and the best budget pick by Bon Appétit. The Classic Kettle delivers on that reputation every time you pick it up. The gooseneck spout sends a slow, steady, precise stream exactly where you point it, so you can saturate grounds evenly, steep tea at the right pace, and pour with confidence every single time. Temperature is just as dialed in: a 1200-watt element brings water to a boil in about five minutes, and 1-degree accuracy across 140°F–212°F means you're never guessing.

Six preset temperatures cover your most-used brews — green tea, white tea, oolong, French press, pour-over, and full boil — and a 60-minute hold keeps things at temp while you get ready.

This is what a kettle looks like when it's designed by people who take brewing seriously. Coffee and Tea, Brewed Properly.
