Quintin Middleton is the jovial artisan behind the beautiful, bespoke, hand-made chefs knives at Middleton Made Knives in the small rural South Carolina town of Saint Stephen, just 49 miles north of historic Charleston. Since 2010, Middleton has earned a reputation as the South's premier culinary bladesmith, hand-making high carbon steel knives for many of the nation's top chefs including Sean Brock, Michael Anthony, Mike Lata and others.

Limited Warranty: 
Middleton Made Knives LLC carries a limited warranty for the lifetime of the original owner, except when stated otherwise. We guarantee our cutlery against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use, improper maintenance, accidents, loss or theft. Any product we determine to be defective will be repaired or replaced solely at our discretion. To receive warranty repair or replacement, the owner must send the product to be evaluated by Middleton Made Knives LLC

Warranty is void if knife is washed in a dishwasher.

Return & Refund:

  • Eligible within 14 days of delivery.
  • Knife must be undamaged.
  • Return shipping is at customer's expense.
