The Roselli Chinese Chef Knife is a cleaver type knife with a carbon steel blade. Large universal knife in traditional Chinese style. Forged carbon steel blade and a curly birch handle. Comes with a birch knife rack.

Product description

A large, traditional Chinese-style universal kitchen knife, great for all kinds of cooking and chopping, not least when it comes to hard shelled vegetables such as pumpkin, squash and aubergine. 

The blade is made from forged carbon steel and the handle is curly birch, coated with linseed oil – which ensure a firm grip, even when wet.

Comes with a knife rack in birch, also with a linseed oil coating.
