These knives are produced by Quintin and his Apprentices. The handle are made from dymalux for Charcoal and G10 for Blue / Black. Dymalux is dyed birch veneers and G10 is made with Epoxy and fiberglass. The stainless steel we use is called AEB-L.

This Echo Paring Knife is made from high-quality stainless steel AEB-L with a 4" blade. The handle is constructed from G10 and dymalux, a type of dyed birch veneer, and the knives are expertly crafted by Quintin and his Apprentices. Razor-sharp and durable, this knife is perfect for food preparation tasks.

Limited Warranty: 
Middleton Made Knives LLC carries a limited warranty for the lifetime of the original owner, except when stated otherwise. We guarantee our cutlery against manufacturing defects in material and construction and to perform as advertised when properly used and maintained. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to normal signs of wear, rust, damage or breakage due to improper use, improper maintenance, accidents, loss or theft. Any product we determine to be defective will be repaired or replaced solely at our discretion. To receive warranty repair or replacement, the owner must send the product to be evaluated by Middleton Made Knives LLC

Warranty is void if knife is washed in a dishwasher.

Love it! Great quality shirt and design

I love the shirt! And love that people look at it and scratch their heads a bit thinking about what it means.

The shirt fits true to size and the quality is great. I was a little worried that the large screen print would lead to a rigid shirt but it’s not all. It feels as though it’s a blank tee but has great designs, front and back. It’s been through the wash a few times so far with zero signs of wearing.
